Appointment Policy

DEPOSITS

Appointments are only confirmed once a 20% deposit is paid. Deposits are non-refundable, though the business may offer discretion in certain cases. The deposit will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance due after your service.


LATENESS

Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for appointments under 2 hours, and 30 minutes for appointments over 3 hours. After that, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled based on availability. Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATIONS

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount. Deposits are non-refundable. We may offer flexibility in emergencies at our discretion.
