Appointment Policy

DEPOSITS

Appointments are only confirmed once a 20% deposit is paid. Deposits are non-refundable, though the business may offer discretion in certain cases. The deposit will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance due after your service. Final payments are to be made preferably through bank transfer. Other payment methods such as cash are also available upon request

LATENESS


Please arrive on time, or keep me informed if you’re running late. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for appointments. Appointments cancelled due ti lateness are to be treated as no shows and charged the full amount.

If possible, your appointment may be shortened, (possibly resulting in a different style choice), Upon discussion.

CANCELLATIONS

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.

Once confirmed appointments are only to be cancelled or rescheduled through the change/cancel option at the bottom of your confirmation email.(Cancellations and rescheduling are not valid through dm)

Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount. Deposits are non-refundable. We may offer flexibility in emergencies at our discretion.
